From the Executive Director's Desk: Big Weekend Coming Up!
Do you need a fun Friday date night idea? Or a free and family friendly Saturday activity? You are in luck, as the two ACM events this coming weekend fit the bill.
Now is the time to get your tickets for our 4th annual Driving Through History fundraiser- an evening of BBQ, craft beer, jazz and history - on Friday, September 23rd, from 6-9 PM. This year, Driving Through History is taking place at our own Industrial History Center.
Come hear from car show founder Wes Pettengill, about the rivalry between Ford and Chevy and bid in our auction for a trip to New Orleans or a ride in a 1954 Jaguar Roadster... or any of 30 other items. Join us for this memorable evening, which supports our museum programming.
The very next day, bring the family for the Carriagetown Car Show, Saturday, September 24th from 9 AM to 2 PM. With 200+ antique and vintage vehicles, Amesbury-made automobiles in Market Square, this free and family friendly event is a beloved annual outing that supports the ACM and enables us to bring you another year of local history events and programs.
Most Sincerely,
Kelly
Join us at the Carriagetown Car Show on Saturday, September 24th from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
